Self-care and Connection Workshop: Recognizing Their Impact on Burnout
Is your team experiencing high levels of burnout, low morale or high workloads causing ongoing stress? If so, this 1-hour team building workshop can help support your team or department. High levels of burnout impact our physical and mental health without question. In addition, the impact on our personal connections with each other has a trickle-down effect on how the team functions together and the levels of engagement within that team.
The goal of this workshop is to empower each member of the team/department to better understand and address their own mental health and reconsider their role as a member of the team. We will discuss prioritizing self-care, building connections with others, and using your influence within a team to have a positive impact on engagement.
Facilitated by NKU Personal Wellness Coach Lyndsay Barto, MS RDN LDN. Contact Lyndsay to schedule your workshop at lbarto@lbwellbeing.com . Workshop can be done in-person, virtual, or a mix of both if needed.
